A BIT ABOUT US
Founded in early 2021 with the idea of bringing people together for the sake of building community and preserving the arts of Meat Smoking. We envision a community that fosters the education of culinary techniques relating to meat smoking and barbeque.
The club carries out its mission through public events, demonstrations, get-togethers, forums, and more.
If you have a passion for smoking food or just wanting to get started this is the community for you. We welcome all skill levels to enjoy the mouth watering world of barbeque.
MSCWI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit club.
